Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel is super clean and overall nice.

This is probably on the bottom 10% of Courtyards i have stayed in. Dirty dated rooms and hallway carpets- one old elevator in the very back of the property- doors are stuck shut and need to be adjusted- one would expect for a Brentwood (one or the richest areas in America) that it would be a little nicer. On the plus side the staff was kind and breakfast was delicious.

Stopped here because I was tired and expected a good rest. Check in was a hassle, reader wouldn't read card, all the times it tried to charge me better come off. No Sr. Discount, they try to charge you a 15% incidental fee, will file dispute with Amex if it shows, room was clean, bed, I am still hurting. I'll stick with Holiday Inn from here on out.

Great hotel! Kind staff. Very nice pool. Brentwood location is great. Clean rooms.
