Crumbl Cookies Brentwood

I've gotten plenty of cookies from Crumbl and i've got to say they are very delicious.

I have tried many of their cookies and have never been disappointed. I get a free cookie for my birthday which is nice. And the service is always amazing! It does not matter who you speak to everyone has always been so nice. I can't say enough good things about crumbl cookies!

Ordered delivery as a gift and by all accounts it was prompt and delicious. Process through the app was very simple. Would do again.

Very Average Cookies. Interesting flavor combos but execution left much to be desired. The cookies were quite bland the milk chocolate chip tasted extremely bland with a baking soda aftertaste. I have tried crumble cookies in Scottsdale Az , Alexandria DC and now Brentwood and was left unimpressed each time. Check out other options but if you want bland buy grocery store cookies and save money. So NOT worth $16 for 4 cookies!

The owner of this store goes above and beyond. He puts out his furniture early in the mornings (long before his store opens) to provide outdoor seating for the bagel shop next door. He also brought our family (with 3 kids) some cookies from the night before when he saw us sitting outside. We do love Crumbl cookies these definitely made the kids’ day!! But this business owner showed such a spirit of kindness thoughtfulness. He apparently values his community. Such a breath of fresh air in a world that often doesn’t exhibit acts of kindness such as this. THANK YOU!!
