Ivey Cake - Brentwood

The Ivey made a beautiful vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling for the luncheon following my grandsons' baptism. The cake was decorated with a light blue border and the twins' monograms in blue on top of the cake. Everyone loved the cake!! Itwas so moist and delicious!

They absolutely nailed our vision for our son?s first birthday cake! They were so detailed, easy to work with and very thorough. On top of that, our guests RAVED about the taste of it! Not only beautiful, but the best cake in Nashville!

Ivey Cake came to the rescue for my friend, who lives out of town. His son's birthday and graduation was this past weekend and he had spent several days calling different businesses to find a bakery that would print a photo on a cake at a reasonableprice; the clock was ticking down for the weekend and we were about to give up until we called Ivey. Ivey Cake not only printeda photo on the cake but did so with 48 hours' notice. They were courteous and kind with every phone call, despite the very shortturnaround time, and the order was made and picked up without a hitch. Thanks to Ivey, my friend's son had a wonderfulcelebration for his birthday and graduation, and my friend got many compliments on the cake selection. We were so thankful forIvey and their willingness to make this special day a success!

I ordered ombré cake with cream cheese icing for my son's 13th birthday. I wanted it to be really special for him because he had a few months that were really difficult. The cake was clearly not iced with cream cheese icing. It was buttercream. It wasn't what he wanted and ruined what should have been the highlight of his day. I emailed the owner. She told me their cream cheese icing is closer to a buttercream and I should have asked for it to be more like cream cheese! Really? No apology. She blamed it on me. They messed up and could have apologized and offered a discount at the very least. I will never use them again.
