Feedback gevenFurthermore, when I noticed that my order was not being acknowledged, I felt ignored while others who had ordered earlier received attention. This is simply disrespectful. I ended up having to ask another employee for help, who then called the rude manager to step in. From now on, I will have to call ahead to check if this location is open before placing an online order or visiting. I had placed my order in the morning, and when I arrived for pickup, I was met with this unprofessional treatment. Having previously worked in another establishment, I recognized the rudeness from the management here; it was a troubling reminder of past experiences. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but the least the manager could have done was maintain professionalism and communicate the issues instead of shouting at customers about the restaurant closing early. If I made my order this morning and was given a pickup time, I should expect the food to be ready without confusion. I even double-checked with another employee during my visit, so it is reasonable to expect my order to be fulfilled.
Came at 1:00 and waited like 35 min and none of our order was ready. And they where they let people wait so long that they had to reheat food there.
Did you know me? That's the second time they didn't **** on my savannah salad. Then when I appealed, they gave me the salad, I got 3 small Nugget pieces. I have ordered this salad as long as I can remember that they have it and NIE experienced something like that before. If you want to skip the chicken, the price should also change. I feel robbed for the second time. What's going on? I know there's a lack of personnel, but what does it have to do with not giving me what I'm paying for? I'm very disappointed. Very. No more at this point.
This will be ignored by the administration, but they must be better at this place. I'm done. Ordered sandwiches, missing parts. Tonight and order two turkey jalapeno crunch sandwiches. Spoke clearly to the woman who takes the order; waited 15-20 minutes; brought out the wrong sandwiches. Can we make you the right sandwiches? No, I don't have another 20 minutes to see if you get it right this time; I have to work too. Safer only to order online at times; Robot / automation better than people? Maybe. But like all restaurants, they now want to calculate high prices because their increased costs for the same work are getting worse and worse. I'm done.
I'm a Nashville Native and have never tried McAlister's Deli. I've been there Twice in the past 8 days. I've only been able to try 2 of their sandwiches so far, Roast Beef and Cheddar, and the Grilled Chicken with a Peach Chipotle Spread... Both FANTASTIC! I might go back for Lunch today!
