Naz's Halal Food - Brentwood

Worst experience with an employee; he constantly wears headphones and seems unable to hear what customers are saying. The person working there appears unhappy and is not interested in engaging. (August 18, 2023)

The food is excellent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. They never answer the phone, and you can't modify orders on any of the delivery apps.

The food quality was disappointing. The rice was gummy, and the baklava lacked flavor and seemed stale.

I used to get food from here but now they just hire anyone and they burn the food and scrape in into a tin and sell it. On top of that I have walked in and watched them just let the phone ring. Its dirty in the work place and the grills and hygiene are no where near the par.

Bad location. Full of criminals. Employees are rude and unprofessional.
