Strathmore Bagels - Brentwood

I ordered a simple warm bagel with cream cheese and bacon, which cost $8. I ended up with a cold bagel, cold microwaved bacon, and an unpleasant attitude from the staff. I attempted to pay with the exact amount of $8, but when I offered a $10 bill instead, I received even more attitude because the total was $8.15.

These bagels are, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had! They are light and fresh, unlike others I’ve tried that are heavy and doughy. From the classic plain to the variety of flavors, Stratmore Bagels in Brentwood truly stands out as the best!

The sausage in my eggs, sausage, and cheese sandwich ($6) was a bit too salty for my taste. The regular bagel with cream cheese ($3.50) was just average.

RUDE SERVICE . Everyone is nice but this one woman . She was annoyed taking my ordered , rolled her eyes slamming her hands and whatever . Then on top of that it was slow and seeing her respond to other customers rudely was just disgusting . Then as i walked out the door she was bad mouthing me in Spanish thinking i didn’t understand . I’m paying you and giving you my money , have a smile on ur face and thank me .

Not the spot, wanted to speak to a manager or owner, lady in the front was rude. Got the wrong order. DO NOT GO!
