Twin Peaks Cool Springs - Brentwood

This is my go-to restaurant whenever I'm in Knoxville for work. The food is consistently fantastic, and regardless of what I choose, I always end up with an incredible drink to complement my meal! My waitress, Grace, was delightful and truly entertaining! She was kind, charming, courteous, and very efficient. I travel frequently for work, and I can honestly say she's one of the best, if not the best, waitresses I've ever encountered. You can always tell when an employee enjoys their job, and Grace certainly demonstrated that enthusiasm. I will definitely return here!

Now, let me tell you about my experience. My waitress, Jules, was incredible. I have to say, while all the other staff were fine, Jules truly stood out. She was bustling around, taking orders and making sure everything was running smoothly. My food arrived in about 10 minutes, piping hot and with perfectly crispy fries—everything on her end was solid. To the hiring manager, kudos to you for finding a waitress who handles everything with such professionalism and skill. The pot roast was so good that I can confidently say it should not be missed!

The issue lies with the food. It’s just okay. I tried the pot roast, which was good but nothing more. It also had the taste of something that had been cooked from frozen. I shouldn’t have been surprised given the extensive menu options. I skipped dessert because I wasn’t eager to try anything else after my meal. Despite this, I would consider returning, especially if I wanted to enjoy a beer and catch a game on TV. For that reason, I’d rate it 3.5 stars. I believe Google reviews should incorporate half-star ratings to make reviewing easier.

I love her dirty blond beer. It's on the ****. Our favourite (hubby mine). Let me know what your Fav beer is? It is always served in a cold beer cup, and the flavors crispness are top-notch. Have a beer this summer, and you will not regret it a little; their sweet potato fries are for to die so fresh, slender and crispy. I would recommend this situation; excellent service beautiful ambience!

My wings were nice and crisp with good flavor. I really enjoyed the fries too. My waitress was attentive and nice and the wall to wall TV screens had a sports station on each one.
