Dominoes - Brentwood

I am disappointed to write this review as I typically enjoy giving positive feedback. However, I feel compelled to share our recent experience. We booked a birthday party for our son at Nuclear Races, which was fantastic. After the party, we ordered Domino's for the children and called ahead to confirm our location. The manager assured us he knew where we were, but unfortunately, the driver did not ask for clarification. Despite our efforts to help him find us, he was lost. Thankfully, another kind individual at Nuclear Races offered to search for the driver and eventually found him. After numerous phone calls, the pizzas finally arrived an hour late. The manager at Domino's did not seem interested in resolving the situation and offered little apology or compensation. We were left disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication. We will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others. We will also be informing Nuclear Races about our experience for future reference.

We ordered a large delivery order from this restaurant and were pleased with the service. The food arrived hot, fresh, and on time. We appreciated being informed about which items were gluten-free. The BBQ sauces were especially delicious. Thank you for a great dining experience.

The delivery service and pizzas were excellent, but the experience was soured by the terrible customer service over the phone. On Saturday, a disinterested young lady answered the phone, showing little to no enthusiasm for her job. If she was busy, customers should not have been forwarded to her.

Two pizzas ordered after a busy Saturday evening and especially impressed by the chap behind the writing, unfortunately cannot remember his name, who was doubtful multitasking and remained on the dingen when ordering left, right and middle came. Has...off pizzas were relatiw tasty as usual, surely they meet the place out at night!

Every time we order from this brentwood store the order is always wrong !! Or forget a pizza !! Really fed up paying alot of money and not getting what we pay for , i will not be using this store again fed up with...the poir customer service
