Nando's - Brentwood

Love a Nando 's but tonight was disappointing. We got there and chairs had food on them, table was sticky. We went up to order and were then told We have no wraps ... what ?! No wraps in Nandos?? If thats the case then I think it is common decency to be told when you are seated like here are the menus and btw unfortunately we have no wraps today etc. Wraps are such a main part of Nando 's they just should have said. This was the main disappointment. All plates had different portions of chips and we were brought wrong sauces twice when asking. Food was tasty though, so not complaining about that... just wish I 'd been able to have my wrap!

Went to the this branch for the first time to have dinner with my twin boys on their birthday. Was told by a staff that waiting time was 30 mins though the restaurant was half empty. Asked if it was due to social distancing, he said no, that they were short staffed. I then told him we would wait but he said we were not allowed to sit inside even though there were several empty seats. I reminded him it was cold outside and we had parked in the car park few minutes away. He then went to whisper into his managers ears who rudely said he was short staffed and turned us away. I would not recommend as the floors were very dirty and the air was not welcoming.

The food was great but the floors were incredibly dirty.. there was a squashed piece of chicken not far from where we were sitting and other bits of food like squashed chips under our table. Management should make bigger efforts to clean the restaurant before sitting customers down as it made it a very unpleasant experience and we haven’t returned since.

I have visited several Nando's restaurants in Essex, but this one is definitely my favorite. The food is consistently great, with generous portion sizes, and the staff are always very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

An excellent visit in every respect. Our starters and mains were extremely hearty and tasty. You know when a Nando’s is really, really good? This was one of those occasions. Difficult to put your finger on it, but this one hit the mark. Ordered a variety of vegetarian and half-chicken mains, combined with Sagres bottled beer, hummus and bread, red pepper dip and the classic peri-peri salted fries. Finally, our table service was good and swift. An all-round great Nando’s trip.
