Baseggio Pizza Al Taglio Brescia

I was a little bit of racing ..but I was attracted by the exterior design I looked at the wonderful pizzas inside all portioned so many different types I chose tuna and buffalo mozzarella struck me cleaning the kindness of the girl I served but above all the goodness of the pizza at the first bite I had already decided to take a high traction I opted for the pizza specialty with eggplants to the parmigiana well

...nothing further from the idea. the product they sell is rather junk food. the base and ingredients are kept cold. at the time of the ordination the rude and uneasy staff, at least in my experience assembles them at least worse and bangs everything in an electric oven for two minutes. no other processing. the most chilling thing is the base: an anemic prepackage that you can not even hold in hand or cut because it crumbles at the first stress. the ingredients are of low quality and however for a cutting pizza, without a 'suitable dough and a proper cooking, they would also change the ingredients of highest quality, but do not worry: you will not find them. the environment is cramped and dirty. I was at a time of low attendance and yet the smells of wet rag were masterful. I was about to run away, but curiosity had the best on wisdom. after the account surprise over three euros for a trancetto of that stuff I described to you! I was about to blow everything up, and instead I wanted to get to the taste. I did it just to earn the right to sign this review in the hope of saving the infamous event to you readers.

Excellent trancio pizza a few steps from the historic center. Offer from classics to more special tastes. Also recommended for students in the area.

Great cut pizza. Many tastes, excellent ingredients....and friendly and helpful staff. It is not the usual pizza to cut, rich, not greased and excellent value for money.

As I was in Brescia with my wife for an intervention, walking I found this small place where you could eat pizza at the cut, and having hunger we entered. The pizzas in the pan are well presented and the price is congruous. Local really clean, as few places. The two girls are very kind and always with the smile, and the pizza is really delicious! The same day I've been there twice! In September I will return to Brescia, so at pizza baseggio will be obligatory stop!! Congratulations!
