Just eat as it is or with a piece of local cheese and you will feel (remarkably if you live in big towns) why bread here is a masterpiece and must be tasted to be believed . They do offer various qualities, all Bio made, whatever you will choose will be remarkable and different from whatever meaning you have been giving to bread until now. Preciously amazing
