Bojangles' - BREVARD

They say good things come to those who wait I should have waited and went somewhere else the food was terrible I did not know that Bojangles' fries could taste bad until today.

Don't waste your time going unless you want to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru and have terrible food. Can't wait for McDonald's to reopen.

The food is excellent, especially when you know who’s in the kitchen. However, there are times when it can be cold, and you can really tell whether the chicken is fresh or not. If you visit during lunchtime, you can count on getting some delicious, hot, and fresh chicken. At other times, though, it feels like playing Russian roulette. Some of the younger staff seem to prioritize getting their paycheck over delivering good customer service.

I visited this Bojangles at 11 this morning. There was a slight line, but it moved quickly. The team was on point. The staff was polite and communicated clearly. The woman at the window, though clearly busy, was very accommodating. I had read some negative reviews before going, but I wanted to see for myself, and I'm so glad I did. The food was delicious!

They consistently get our orders right, and the food is always fresh. Definitely a great choice when craving fried chicken!
