Very slow service main menu board not working. No ketchup in condiment area had to use packets

After waiting a conservative 15 minutes to order, paying went fairly quickly, however I was quit displeased with the very loud and foul language I heard coming from inside the restaurant. It was very clearly the manager’s girlfriend/wife. He leaned over the counter and told her to tone it down. Thank you for that because I had my small child with me. To top all this off I made it home to realize I did not receive all my food. Maybe if he wasn’t having to babysit his woman he would have noticed food was missing.

I went through the drive-through to get the new sausage egg and cheese McMuffin that they were advertising and when I got halfway home, the McMuffin bread was frozen ! You would think the person making it would’ve felt that the bread was frozen putting a cooked egg and a cooked piece of meat on a frozen bread. Don’t try it. ! I go there often or I would’ve given it a one star review

Never get orders right or missing something every time

We had a good time here with our choices made to order quickly and fresh. Service was good and the dining room was clean. If you haven't dipped the fries into the frosty you gotta try it at Wendy's :
