Kfc - Brewer

I ordered two popcorn meals along with two sides of coleslaw. I always check my order at this location, and I had to ask for the rolls, butter, and dipping sauce. The staff member at the window was quite rude, as if it was my fault that the person packing the bags couldn't read! After I left the window, I had to park and go inside to get utensils, where I waited behind another customer who was looking for the same thing. To top it off, the soda I received wasn’t the kind I had ordered. The service was extremely disappointing! We won’t be returning. My advice is that when someone asks what you would like to order, you should ask them what they feel like giving you. This wasn’t my first bad experience with them, but it will definitely be my last!

I ordered several items and had to ask three times at the drive-thru window for the rest of my order. The staff member was rude, and the window was slammed shut repeatedly. I do not recommend this place. It's worth driving across town to the other location to avoid the frustration. The young employee at the window could use some training in customer service and a better attitude.

I took my granddaughter to the KFC in Brewer, Maine for dinner tonight. We ordered a K9 meal with four chicken tenders and a K10. Based on previous experiences, we checked the order bag for utensils and, sure enough, there were none. We also forgot to check for napkins, and there weren’t any of those either. When we opened the bag, we discovered that the K9 contained only three tenders instead of the four I had paid for. To make matters worse, my granddaughter noticed that I was charged 10 cents for the bag our order came in. While I think the food is quite good, I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with the service at this restaurant. Charging me for a bag when they didn’t provide utensils or napkins, and messed up my order, feels like a total rip-off.

Last week got regular taco supreme and the Taco shells were all stale. Today ordered 3taco supremes. No tomatoes on any of them. Not wasting my time to complain does no good, so be the last time I eat there or any KFC. They have gone downhill

The staffs great. Working with limited supplies. 9pm at night they were open and fed us . Too bad all they had was chicken that had been sitting in the warmer for a while. It was ok . Staff was very apologetic but cheerful and friendly.
