And try to look ahead at the treats behind the glass before you get to that spot because the number of items can be overwhelming and the people behind you want their breakfast too! I looked at the menu online to get a head start on my selections. Each item is truly a taste of Europe. I went with a big appetite and picked The Nest Eggs (egg with bacon pieces croissant , Brewster Bun and to finish, Pain au Chocolat ! Yes, I ate all 3 for breakfast. (Lunch was salad. It was amazing. One of my companions had the Pistachio Croissant and wished they had bought 2. There are gluten-free items, but call the day before to order. Savior the moment, don 't rush eating these Delights.
Absolutely must try this place if you like pastries! Best croissants, scones danishes in the Cape. Also you have to try the nutella nautilus, trust me!!
We are so fortunate to have a bakery like this in Brewster. The owner keeps herself enriched by visiting France to perfect her craft in the off season. I mean how awesome is that? On top of that, they have a bounty of gluten free options which they denote using pink signs. Many a birthday cake or simply a little pick me up have been purchased by my family here.
I knew this place was gonna be good when I could smell the stuff baking as I was walking in. Everything I had was so good. Chocolate croissant and Brewster rolls were awesome. The white chocolate cranberry danish too. So buttery and flakey. I can't wait until I get back out that way to try some other stuff including perhaps the coffee
You really cannot go wrong with their quiche. Their baked goods are excellent and they also have a wide variety of mini cakes and tarts for celebrations and birthdays. Generally speaking call ahead if you have a big order.
