Church's Texas Chicken - Brewton

They are understaffed and over worked. The line is always around the door and it's because the food is good but sadly the service is lacking since they have a few people working! They need to hire more people and this place would do awesome! The few who do work here are great people and so kind.

Place should've stayed closed. If you barely see cars at a restaurant... that's your que to keep going and never ever stop.I'm speechless and I feel bamboozled out of $22.

I was a little disappointed in the selection of menu items. They were out of a lot of stuff we wanted.. so we just took the 2 piece deal and left. The lady at the counter was more interested in playing the game on her cell phone rather than tend to us. It made me feel like I was bothering her. She just kept playing on her iPhone while talking to us. I dont know... maybe I expect too much for the new generation of employees. #BadService #Disappointed #RudeStaff

Out of shrimp which was advertised everywhere. Smoky/grease haze inside the restaurant.

Wait for 30 minutes for food then found fries to be warm at best and still had to return to pick up sauces after asking for them two times. Does no good to ask for fresh fries when the rest of your order will be cold. By the time you receive them. At least we know don't waste our money here.
