We were 7 people and arrived here by chance this Sunday noon after being repressed unfriendlyly by another restaurant in the same city... What a pleasant surprise, excellent cuisine and top service by the boss who has a lot of merit to ensure everything himself... So yes a little wait, but it's nothing when the plates arrive. Decayed boss humour just excellent!!!! Well done, sir, and thank you for the good time.

Restaurant with the old very recommendable found by chance walking in Briare on a Sunday noon: the boss does everything, cooking and service, and it is very good. Small mention for local white wines offered, Sancerre and Smoked Pilly...
