Earlier today I have a phone order automated easily enough to be exact @415 to be picked up 515. I'm here at 507 to find that my order was already finished. I drove from there to the house and was home at 516. eating was so cold that it was obvious that it had been eating long before I came. I guess my order was about 20-25 minutes before I got there early. to house what I do; I don't want microwave of salat and guacamole and ruin these ingredients. shall I take my meal apart to heat some of it? I ordered out what I rarely do in these days because I didn't feel like cooking after work or the feared cleaning. I never had a bad experience there, but that was unacceptable. my food sat for all the time without heat or cold on a regal. there was no line around 5:08 when I arrived there, I could understand if it was busy, 30 years in the restaurant industry, they believe me, I can understand, but it was clear that today there was indifference. no greeting when I went to theke, a very bad effort in all. what happened? I'm sure that I was properly charged with what was the only factor for you today that is important.
Eating is always great. in the late at night superior is super rude for his employees, never should treat their own personal so I bad for the employees who had to deal with someone at a place that makes like this.
Rude employees that are obviously poorly trained. The place has gone down hill for sure.
Staff is friendly, restaurant was basically cleaned food was fresh. Gives a decent portion size! Queso is yummmm.
