Feedback gevenI often have issues with my order, and the staff's attitude isn't helpful. After several frustrating experiences, I’ve decided not to return.
The drive-thru was incredibly backed up, so I decided to go inside. My order for iced coffee was taken right away, and I paid for it, but then I ended up waiting 15 minutes before someone asked what I was waiting for. This was during the middle of the week, not on a weekend. To make matters worse, there were nine people behind the counter, but there was clearly no management or communication among them. I watched in disbelief as they seemed to be tripping over themselves trying to fill drive-thru orders instead of focusing on my single coffee. I will never return to this location. And by the way, if anyone from corporate is reading this, please get them to stop checking their cell phones!
I had a disappointing experience at this store. They wouldn't allow me to use my free coffee coupon, and while I suspect there might be an issue with their POS system, it's hard to believe since they accepted my scan code for payment. Additionally, I've noticed that the coffee at this location never tastes quite right. It always seems off or just plain bad compared to the other locations in Brick or the one near my workplace in Point Pleasant.
I really appreciate that they open at 4 AM, and the staff are always friendly!
This is a great Dunkin' location! You know how every Dunkin' has that one employee you dread making your coffee? Well, not here.
