Restaurant 100 KM - Bridge

We were 2 nights, so ate here both nights it is cheap and very good with generous portions, along with a well-stocked bar that offers local beer and wee. love

My partner and I were in the gas house and ate here for dinner. the staff was incredibly friendly and the food delicious. the restaurant is located on the main street and the environment is very relaxing. wonderful, peaceful atmosphere.

We dined indoor vs scenic veranda due to cooler tempos and this is where a few kozier dinge would help the culinary experience. there were two kamine, neither illuminated, no music, but looked plentiful loudspeakers, tables strangely felt a little unpleasant. the meals were delicious and we enjoyed them very much. gnocchi for me and steak for my partner. we share a beet and blueberry salad. smaller portions, but enough space for the desert of rumbrotpudding.

Earlene bush makes magie with simple ingredients, whether line-caught cape breton halibut it secures from a local fish or wonderful sea kiss herbs, which part of a simple relish a rich aromatized and plentiful due confit, whose meat falls from the bite...and breast. more crimson come from their garden, mushrooms from their food, blueberries as well as when it has time to collect them, and if it does not secure them tiny sweet berries from a local farmer and leaves those who only collect over the gasthouse for their guests as they wander the beautiful plots. big chefs often talk about the aromes coming, but few have the somewhere else or really local provision to do this, as earlene does here. the restaurant is named for the compass, in which it finds the elements of simple magic that it works in panels of artistic presentation, deeply infused aromen, and care and careful preparation. a small bar offers carefully selected aperitifs and drinks after dinner as well as a carefully composed list of weeping, including fine Canadians. in the breakfast are brote and baked gorgeous, jams made to house, coffee rich and freshly ground.
