Fat Boys Bbq - Bridge City

I got several things but was not happy with the beef sausage... I'm just not a big fan of beef sausage... The chicken and ribs were good...

I have been to just about every state in the country and eaten at countless restaurants. This is by far the worst food I’ve ever tasted. I paid $38 for two taco plates and a sausage plate. The sausage tasted like dog food smells and I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. My daughter smelled the sausage after I cut it and she gagged. I brought the food back so they could throw it away. No refund was given. I don’t understand how this place is in business still.

Bad, just bad. Sausage was way over cooked and just links thrown in container, not even sliced. Brisket had lots of fat, was not trimmed, cut very thin and no smoke ring. Beans were Ranch Style beans with BBQ sauce added. Potato salad tasted like instant mashed potatoes with under cooked chunks of potato added in. Definitely will not spend my there again.

Their full rack of ribs are fantastic! They practically fall off the bone. Very good flavor. They are running a special right now full rack of smoked ribs for $20

Banana pudding is off the charts!Turkey is amazing. Sides are all good.Did I mention the banana pudding? I'll share a pic if I can ever remember BEFORE I dig in!
