Key points: Staff are bitter and do not wash their hands after the bathroom.To start off, the staff will ignore you if you come up to the counter to order food. There is very little customer service and a lot of attitude. Even to the old lady who just wanted a coffee! The manager sent her over to the kiosk, and she finally left because he had so much attitude.The thing that really got me was while I was in the bathroom, I personally saw 2 male employees leave the bathroom without washing their hands. One of them was holding up the stall for close to ten minutes, GOING #2, and just walked out after (very tall, blond guy with McDonald's shirt on)It's one of the worst mcdonald's i've ever been to. I keep going back and hope that it will get better, but it gets worse every time.

Fries were raw and soggy spicy nuggets were dry and overcooked. And they forgot to put my sauce in the bag. While waiting, I heard an employee cussing in the back.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but my experience today was beyond disappointing. And I'm a Millennial; I can tolerate slow service and errors, but even I have limits. Maybe my mistake was visiting this location during lunch rush. I ordered two McDoubles with extra pickles and a medium fry. After paying at the window I waited in a mobile pickup spot for about 20 minutes. After leaving the store, I unwrapped a burger to see... this. One patty, no cheese, and ketchup everywhere, for both burgers which were part of my $13 order (a waste of money, clearly). I will not be visiting this location again.

I got an Oreo Mcflurry, and they almost gave me a shamrock oreo. They gave me a wood spoon for it so ?‍. They also gave me a paper straw so I'd have to decide between a fresh Mcflurry or
