I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this restaurant. I had to wait a long time to be served, despite several employees making eye contact with me without communicating. When I finally got assistance, the person I suspect was the manager spoke to me rudely. To make matters worse, I ended up receiving the wrong order. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere; their attempts at customer service are simply pathetic.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and the staff was always incredibly friendly. Once, when my order was mixed up in the app, they offered to correct it and even refunded my order for free. On another occasion, the shake machine was down, so they treated me to an icy chocolate drink and a complimentary medium fries. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend eating here!

I found hair in my burger, and it was badly assembled. When I tried to make a complaint, I was never given any follow-up.
