Crafty Little Creations - Bridgend

Having lived in Porthcawl for 16mths we have been trying out all the coffe shops /cafes We stopped here for coffee hot chocolate a few wks ago it's now our regular daily stop. A coffee a chocolate milk shake or ice cream drink much cheaper than most places in Porthcawl , tastes the same or better than other more expensive places close by, lovely cheerful staff, quick service with a smile every time ,no doubt be back tomorrow

How nice it is to go to cafe that offers courteous service, prompt attention and a very tasty and satisfying snack at a reasonable price. All in all a happy eater!!

Took my young son here to paint an item as a treat, was told it would take 2-3 weeks to come back and 6 weeks on I am still waiting. No texts or phone calls as promised to let me know what's going on and when I have phoned I've been told they are busy and will return my call.....no call ever received. The attitude of the staff are just bad....they really don't care and I'm amazed how this business is still going. The toilet is disgusting and even my 3yr old commented that he didn't want to sit on it. Would never recommend this place....take your hard earned money else where.

I stopped off here for a simple cup of coffee on my way for a walk. After almost 15 minutes of waiting, and seeing that there was only one other customer in the cafe, and one buying ice cream, I dared to stick my head through the window and ask if it would be long. The woman threw a total hissy fit, gave me my money back, called me rude and shouted at me in the middle of the shop. Actually I am quite glad I did not get my cup of coffee because this woman has an attitude and a face which could curdle milk at 100 yards' proximity! For friendly and professional service, go elsewhere.

Took my 2 daughters here when my youngest was 4 weeks old, not very good service from the onset both ladies seemed uninterested. My daughter wanted sausages and waffles, whilst these were cooking the lady shouted across the cafe 'how will I know when these are done? ' Not very professional at all especially when cooking food for kids. I paid to do a pottery item with their 2 hand prints on and was told it would take 2 weeks max. My daughter is now over 10 weeks old and after 2 phone calls of me chasing them up I still have not received my item back. I get told that the kiln is broken which I would appreciate if the customer service I have received wasn 't so bad. The lady I spoke to was argumentative, not the slightest apologetic and rude. I would never recommend this place.
