Wai Chan - Bridgend

I've never had a bad meal from this restaurant. In the past, I've always opted for chicken with pineapple from Chinese menus because it's usually a safe choice. However, The Wai Chan has encouraged me to venture out and try different dishes, and I was pleasantly surprised every time. The portion sizes are generous, and my food arrived right on time—hot and fresh without being soggy. I usually order directly from their website or call them, as I believe it benefits their drivers more than going through a third-party delivery service. And don’t forget to tip the driver; it’s not an easy job!

I was a little hesitant to try this place, but I have to say that the food was delicious! The spring rolls, along with the chicken in ginger sauce and sweet and sour chicken, were fantastic. I would definitely be happy to try them again!

The reviews for this restaurant seem to be quite mixed, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I must say that the food was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered just before opening, and it arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. The set meal times offer great value, and we ended up ordering extras like chips and noodles because we weren't sure how big the portions would be. We ended up with at least three times more food than we needed! It was even delicious to eat a few days later.
