Bubble World - Bridgeport

I was in on Friday afternoon on February 2nd. The girls were crazy busy. They did a terrific job with everyone. They did have a super mean and rude woman customer that was being very disrespectful to them. They handled it well. The owners of this place need to make sure the girls are praised and rewarded for their hard work and great customer service. I will be back because of the fantastic customer service that the girls displayed. Only other thing I would recommend is to have an owner their on a busy Friday night. Kind of unfair to the staff.

Waited 30 minutes in line to get NOTHING. Workers kept doing DoorDash orders while we just stood and watched without getting to place an order and had to leave. Waiting customers in store should be served before people sitting at home!

Claimed all the tea was decaffeinated at 8 pm. It is now 5 AM and I can confirm the tea definitely has caffeine so thanks for that ? service.. can 't expect much but I have had way better before today. they didn 't even put ice in our drinks too worried about their conversation to be interrupted by customers. The boba stuck together. Dirty cups, dirty lids plastic wrap lids don 't even hold the liquid in like they should. Unpleasant experience 1/18. Sucks that this is the only place besides a 45 minute drive to Morgantown for boba. Bubble fish needs to go to Middletown or something

SUPER GOOD!! I got taro milk tea with tapioca pearls the tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly not overcooked or undercooked, the BEST I’ve had!!!! The customer service was AWESOME as well, and they were very nice
