Feedback gevenMickey D's is always hit or miss. There are times when the order is correct, the fries are fresh, hot, and crispy, and it is served quickly. However, there are also times when the order is incorrect, the fries are old, cold, and soggy, and the service is slow. There is no middle ground.
Food was bad. Manager refused to give name. Will never go back!
Get your WiFi fixed!!! Unable to use the app to order ahead of time for pickup or drive-thru, for using points or discounts associated within the app, and (according to the manager) unable to use it for Uber Eats or Grubhub etc., this presents somewhat of a challenge for customers and an epic failure on part of this franchise. The manager was able (after what looked like a huge effort and some attitude on the side) to place my order and give me a discount greater than what the app would have given, but I’d MUCH rather the WiFi worked! This should be a priority that the District Manager needs to address.
This is my second time eating here. Last week they gave me raw fries that were barely cooked. This time they got my order completely wrong. They don’t even speak back to you at the window when you say thank you or have a good day. Worst service I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s.
This particular McDonald's is always good. The food is fresh and hot. And the personnel are friendly.
