Mommies Patties - Bridgeport

I was craving a spicy chicken patty, but by the time I reached the counter, they were all sold out. I had to wait for more to be cooked, but I was in a rush to get back to Waterbury, so I ended up settling for a spicy beef option instead.

I personally can't comment on the food quality, but I purchased stewed chicken, rice and peas, and cabbage for my mom at a medium size for $10. She enjoyed it and seemed to like it. However, my sister did not enjoy the food and prefers Howells on Main. Personally, I thought the food tasted good. I wanted to try the veggie patties, but they were sold out. I plan to return soon to try something for myself and provide a better review.

Mommy's restaurant serves authentic Jamaican cuisine that is absolutely delicious. I have tried multiple dishes and have loved each one. The oxtail in particular is outstanding!

Hi everybody I've ordered mommy's patties about two times and I loved it I also ordered dessert and drinks I highly recommend the pineapple coconut cake everything here is delicious I ordered it through Uber eats good portions good price and the delivery is also always on time the soup the chicken soup is delicious as well I highly recommend that if you're in the Bridgeport area that you come through to Mommy's patties everything is delicious!

Mamis is authentic Jamaican eating. every dish I've tried so far was delicious. the oxtail is amazing!
