Good service tried one of the new sandwiches was very good prices are a little high, but they know what the food is worth it thanks

I sat in drive thru for 20 minutes without moving. I left and went to another fast food restaurant, ordered, paid, received my food, and left. I had to drive past Arby's. Only one car had moved! The car that was in front of me was still one car away from the speaker! In the past, dine in was fantastic, but the drive thru has never gotten an order correct. Their staff acts like you're asking for their wallets if you ask for sauces! I hope this improves as we get the old Lowes, KMART, and Sports Authority buildings filled with new stores. Only time will tell, but I suggest avoiding this particular Arby's for the time being.
