Chimi's Fresh-mex - Bridgeton

We’re from Utah and have a tradition of Taco Tuesdays. We searched for Mexican restaurants and came across this gem. It was truly amazing! As residents of the West, we take our Mexican food seriously. I ordered the combo plate with a chicken chimichanga and a Chile Poblano, and I was pleasantly surprised—I even enjoyed the beans! Normally, I can't stand beans, but these were delicious! The entire plate was fantastic! The atmosphere was very family-friendly as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5; every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made our evening even more enjoyable, also scoring a 5. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing dinner, so I’m giving it a 5 as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a wonderful dining experience!

Went with a friend the other day. The server was not very kind, felt like we were just a number. I asked for some corn tortillas with my fajitas. He completely ignored me when I asked. When we got our food he never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything until we were completely done with our meal. By then I was full off of the chips and took my fajitas home. They were out of stock off lots of stuff no coke, sprite, and something else. Asked about dessert and there were only two desserts, so I ordered one and they were out of it too. So I ordered the only dessert they had.

Very good preparation of fajitas. Friendly servers, but they had difficulty getting everything out at the same time for our group. Reasonable prices as well. Altogether, this is a good restaurant and a good value. So why not five stars? There are a number of small items about the food that limit them to four rather than five stars, but it is quite an enjoyable place. Food: 4
