Feedback gevenExtremely long line. Cashier took forever to take people’s orders. I felt bad for the woman making drinks as she seemed to be the only one of three who did their job well. One worker spent time packing shelves even though dozens of us were waiting
Extremely slow service here. Waited 20 min to get my coffee, but they were so backed up I had to leave for my flight without my drink. Enjoy your $5 Starbucks.
The customer service was lacking, they don't make drinks in reusable cups, you have to pour it in, and they don't give a discount for reusable cups unless it is a Starbucks brand cup. And the lady at the register didn't really know how to make change. And as for the other one in the terminal (which Google maps does not have): they don't accept cash. People still use cash. Also, the customer service was lacking.
Even with long lines during the Spring Break crush the crew at Lambert Airport the team at Starbucks kept it moving and were polite to every customer.
I as a coffee lover, this is what happens when you try to trust the government. What you guys should do is not only make a dual kitchen but also have it to where people who want to come in for a cup of coffee and to watch airplanes, to have a large dining area with a glass door to where people enjoying their coffee can see the airplanes.
