El Charro - Bridgewater

I had an online order for nacho supreme and taco salad I recived chicken nachos and no taco salad. The manager didn’t believe me. Was very rude. The won’t get my business again. Guess they don’t need it. They said they didn’t revive a call. When I got home they were closed. Trying to get out in a hurry

Jalapeno poppers were to die for! We had the hot salsa and it was so flavorful. Service was excellent! We go there every time we are in Bridgewater.

Servers taking your card and walking away for 10 minutes before returning and having selected the tip on hand held pay before bringing to your table. We then call to ask questions and get told we’re apparently too ignorant to know how that works. Shame on the staff for doing this. Happened to multiple people on the evening of 4/26 with incorrect amounts being charged to their cards.

Food was pretty good. Atmosphere was a little too loud. In our waiter was nice.

We were seated right away, but our server was very short with us and had no personality. The only option for the kids menu was American fast food, so we had to order a la carte for the kids.The salsa tasted like tomato sauce with salt. The meal came out fast but the beans and rice were bland. We were also surprised when we got our check that they added an automatic 20% tip to our check for a large party. We have 6 young well behaved children and they placed us at one normal size table they didn’t need to add any tables. That may be the reason the server didn’t care to have a nice personality because she knew she was already going to be getting the 20% tip. The place was clean but we don’t think we will ever be going back.
