Beyond disgusted I am a loyal customer to this location,Today I was treated with hate by the man at the counter ! I told him I was picking up an order rudely told me online orders weren’t ready, ofc I waited I had no issue. 15 mins go by im standing around he points at me to walk up without asking my name or order he flips recipes with hands and say “which one”! First all you ask customer what’s the name or order . Turns out my order was done long time ago! Highly rude! Lucky the lady was calm and very understanding. I’d love to speak to owner or manager this is highly unacceptable

This food was so good!!!!! The teriyaki chicken was the best chicken ever! It is pure heaven and joy on my tounge and mouth!

They would get five stars if they weren't so absolutely rude and nasty we have caught them doing everything from delaying our order because we asked for extra sauce and even offered to pay extra for it 2 over charging us like adding lo mein fried rice and extra chicken when we didn't ask for anything but regular order of chicken and fried rice. We have caught them under cooking the chicken because they're in a quote Rush and when we confronted the manager and showed her the literal raw chicken that was given to us we got the worst attitude and got screamed at for trying to get food that was cooked properly they are so mean at this place they made my niece cry all because she couldn't hand them the money quick enough because she was too short to reach over the counter the lady that works the cash register who is extra nasty grab the money out of her hand in the most rude way possible like ripping it out of her hand and said you should be letting your parents do this the poor kid just wanted to pay for her food she wanted to give the money and instead being happy she cried because this lady and the people there are so mean and nasty and spiteful when you can actually get these people to do their job properly and cook the chicken properly and not overcharge you and not be nasty as hell and make your niece cry the food's actually good that's why they get 3 stars and not ONEVegetarian options: There are vegetarian options I'm not a vegetarian so I don't know them off the top of my head but there are definitely a couple vegetarian optionsWheelchair accessibility: It's in the Mall food court so it's definitely wheelchair accessible

You better have a white friend to order for you or you get way much less

App doesnt work!It takes you through the entire process of ordering just to tell you to log out and back in.Then when you log back in same thing again.Now this sketchy app has my card info saved. Smh.
