It was one of the worst experiences we had ever booked with open table. the host refused to put us at our reserved time and let us wait an hour. she said she didn't know how to check the reservations and there weren't valid. she refused to find the manager for me when she asked. Total not.
They do not take open table reservations. although it is on her, I showed the dame and the front and she said they don't use open. someone has to settle this so that it does not happen, more people
Nice and friendly bartenders. Food is tasty and flavorful. Drinks are too sweet though unfortunately.
I have to say I will not be booking TGI FRIDAYS again, at least not through Open table. On arrival, we were a bit early so I explained to the host that we were early for our 7:15 pm reservation for 13 ppl. The host then told me it would be at least 1/2 hour for a party of 13 ppl. I then explained again that I had a reservation that was made days ago. He then told me “We don’t take reservations “. I started to become a bit panicked because my son, who had just come from graduation ceremonies needed to be back at his high school for a project graduation. I asked to see the manager. It. Was some time before I could talk to the manager. When I finally did and showed my confirmation email from open table, the manager began running around the restaurant looking for where they could place us. Another hostess asked me how I made the reservation. When I told her that it had been made through Open table, she said “Well there’s the problem, because those only come through on the iPad and the managers never charge the iPad”. At around 7:30 we were brought to 3 tables next to each other in the back area of the restaurant. Not what I was hoping for, but we made due. Other than the front of the house host and hostess and the management, our server was excellent and the food was good. I was just extremely disappointed that I was made to feel like it was my problem and not theirs.
