Charlie's Pizza - Bridgewater

Poutine was really good. Baked with cheese! Excellent. The pizza, not so much. Undercooked. We had to pop it in the oven when we got it back home.

Went in to pick up a couple pizzas I had ordered and when paying the debit card reader asks if I'd like to leave a tip. What's next? Tipping at McDonalds? lol

Was surprised to see an online order option after visiting their website to view their menu. The 5% off coupon that was advertised on their website came up expired when I used the code. Ordered anyway. After 30 minutes I thought I 'd call to see...what the wait time was as my checkout receipt didn 't specify. When I phoned I was told nothin came through online ...and.. sometimes the online ordering works and sometimes it doesn 't . If a business can be that nonchalant about their ordering service working... I have no desire to attempt to re-order from them.

This place reminds me of the real authentic Nova Scotian version of pizza. Dont forget about the Poutine and ask for real bacon bits on your garlic fingers!!

I had an issue with my order, but Alex responded promptly and went above and beyond to resolve it. Thanks for the excellent customer service. It's nice to see that it matters to him.
