Local Public House - Bridgewater

First time there,The service was fairly quick . I asked the new waitress where a certain town was and she didn't know but minutes later another waitress came out to us to help with directions. Nice service.

2nd time going to the local public house and I must say the service was awful . I had fish and fries and there was no tartar sauce, had to ask for it or no coleslaw that was suppose to with it as it said on the menu. Waitress didn't even give me a fork so I used my sons when he was finished eating. She didn't even come check on us once or ask use if we wanted refills. Very disappointed in the service we received today. Did not leave a tip for that awful experience � Never will I ever go back again !!!

First time there. i found this place when i googled places to eat in bridgewater. I would not have recognized it as a restaurant from the name or outside. Very interesting interior. Looks like a library with bookshelves...but it is in a mall. The bar area is downstairs. My hubby had a burger and fries. Usually he doesn't really enjoy burgers but this one had mushrooms and nice cheese and he really enjoyed it. He said the fries were good too. I had a steak sandwich with salad. Went for alcoholic beverages. Lots of choices to choose from. Staff is very nice and pleasant. They certainly don't make you feel rushed at all. Atmosphere was quaint. I would certainly return. Never had a snack while there, but what I did see being served looked delicious

I had lunch there last week they were busy but it was lunch time in a mall The service was fairly quick my meal was a hot roast beef sandwich it was quite good they must cook the beef on site as it did not have a dellie taste actually had a nice flavor will go back
