Brutal service. They absolutely have 0.0 idea what they are doing.

I've been drinking at Starbucks for over 10 years and today was the first time I was told I could not have a decaf frappuccino. Even though I've been drinking them for over 10 years. But the person waiting on us pulled the manager card and rudely told us that she's the manager and she knows what she can and cannot do. Terrible customer service for a newly opened store front. Not representing Starbucks well. It's unfortunate.
