Literally the best restaurant with the best people I’ve ever been to. Everyone is fantastic to talk to and their sushi making skills are astounding. And to top it off the customer service is amazing too. My favorite restaurant in the
When we arrived, they informed us that they were out of sushi rice, so they couldn’t make any sushi rolls. Totally fine, and not their fault. There was plenty of other tasty looking dishes on the menu, so we stayed. We were so disappointed! The sushi nachos had a terrible fish/chip ratio. The carne asada tacos were just… wrong. They didn’t have much flavor, and came out cold, despite the rice on the plate being piping hot. The ramen was just okay. I’ve made better ramen in my college dorm room. Quite possibly the worst dish was the chicken teriyaki bowl- a single chicken thigh that was clearly not seasoned or marinated, was baked and placed on a huge bed of rice, and then doused with a watery “teriyaki” sauce.I’m sure the sushi here is great, but unfortunately, I’ll never try it. Based on my first experience, I will never go back. A wise word to anyone coming here for the first time- stick to the sushi! And if they are out of rice, find somewhere else to eat.
We had crispy pork gyoza, and crunchy shrimp tempura. Yum! The place was packed, the staff was hustling, people were waiting to get in. We were lucky to get two seats at the counter. We’ll get sushi next time when it’s not so busy. Loved the rock music that was playing.Vegetarian options: Vegetable tempura, vegetable sushi roll, vegetable gyoza, chips salsa, seaweed salad, miso soup, french fries, etc.Parking: About a dozen parking spots, plus street parking.Kid-friendliness: There’s a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: There’s handicap parking, and ramps
Loud, disorganized and chaotic. However the sushi is delicious.Parking: I want to come here more often; I just wish the atmosphere was a tad more pleasant.
