Casa Don Carlos - Brighton

I unexpectedly stumbled upon this charming little eatery and had no idea that making a reservation was crucial. Thankfully, we were lucky enough to get a table! We ordered the sangria jugs (which were excellent!) and tried several house specialties: the chorizo, grilled sardines, and the roasted lamb (which was incredibly tender). I can't quite recall the name of the sausage we had, but it was simply amazing! Overall, the food was great, the drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was quite cozy. All in all, I highly recommend this experience!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this beautiful tapas bar in the bright and lively Brighton Lanes. My friend and I visited last Sunday (20/03/16), and it was just amazing. The charming vintage Spanish interior and the warm hospitality of the staff truly enhanced our evening. We were tempted to order more food than necessary, but the staff wisely advised us against it, and we were grateful for their suggestions. The portions were generous and fairly priced. Plus, we had a lovely window seat where we could admire the vibrant colors of Brighton outside. It was an excellent introduction to Spanish cuisine, and I can't recommend it enough!

We were in the last 12 years in casa don carlos, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and we never had a bad meal. sampled amounts of tapas sites in Britain, but not found to fit this. the only problem in these days is actually in as its so popular!

This was a really big sound, among the beautiful lanes of brighton. we thought it could be a tourist trap, but it is the actual thing, complete with fantastic cortado coffee

Casa Don Carlos is a really friendly resturant and welcoming. The food was brilliant and different from a lot of spanish places I've been to before. We had a selection of paella, prawns, garlic mushrooms, fritata and pepper with chorizo in tomato sause with ouevo. These dishes were brilliant and would have again. The menu has a wide choice of dishes so you can have something new everytime. The prices of the dishes also were very good for the quality and size of the dhes you get. The service is excellent and very welcoming. I would recomend this resturant to everyone
