The Amsterdam Kitchen - Brighton

The Amsterdam Hotel was exceptionally clean and well-kept, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. We stayed for three nights, and our room was meticulously attended to every day. A special shout-out to Peter, the Bar Manager at the Amsterdam Bar and Kitchen located beneath the hotel, who truly went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Despite the busy atmosphere, he took the time to provide us with advice on local attractions, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and suggest visiting Peter and his team to ensure you make the most of your short getaway.

The terrace area is excellent, and the staff are amazing, especially Richard the bartender. The cocktails are delicious, with a special offer of 2 for £15. The entertainment is top-notch as well. I highly recommend visiting on a sunny afternoon!
