Vip Very Italian Pizza - Brighton

Authentic Italian restaurant that even aubergine in her pizza tastes delicious. I visited this restaurant twice for dinner after I inaugurated and the other time I had one. both of them were delicious. Personally I like these pizzas that you can eat with a fork and a knife and a good amount of cheese toppings and VIP pizza has delivered exactly the right one. I ordered vip burrata although it was delicious, but I felt the amount was less for two people. I also ordered a tiramisu that was a bit underwhelming, I tasted better tiramisu. the next day I ordered a simple tomato pata that was beautiful as they made home pasta. I also ordered something they called sandwich that was fine tasty, but difficult to eat.

The pizza here is extraordinary. it is the next thing you can reach with pizza in neapel. saltdean is really blessed.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent pizzas, some of the best I ever had and amazing selection. acidic base with the right mix of ice cold fraught peroni and a roller in sitting area, almost as they were in italia. saltdean has a jewel at his hands!
