Buffalo Wild Wings - Brighton

At least they warned us before we were seated. Please tell me another BW that takes over an hour to get food served. I know that it was a busy time on Saturday because of athletic activities in the area, but that is what this place is suppose to be for. This is not the first time we have experienced long waits. Even when the place is half full it takes a very long time for food. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, no major sporting events, and still took almost an hour to get food. Something needs to change in this kitchen.

Always been a huge fan of Buffalo wild wings, and until today never had a bad experience. I made an online reservation before visiting the establishment. We waited 35 to be seated for a party of 5. Also watched a party of 5 walk in about 25 minutes after us and they were seated in 5 min. Our waitress was wonderful, but we waited over 45 min for food that was Luke warm when it reached the table. It was an overall horrible experience

The service was extremely slow, the food was mediocre for the price! Very disappointed for my first time dining here.

Kyle was our server and he was fantastic. We had a group of 30 and he made sure our drinks were full and food served in a timely fashion. Brighton store is brightly lit and offers a great selection of craft beers on tap.

The waitress was very good. Stayed on top of are drinks. We were disappointed with our meals. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere is loud.
