I never do reviews but after this last (and final) visit, I had to say something.I recall when Little Caesar 's was known as the fast chain. Quality aside, you went to Little Caesars to get in, get out, and get on with your day. This isn 't gourmet stuff, but we know that, and ignore it because it was quick and easy. Maybe it 's that way at other locations, but not this one. For a chain who proudly displays Hot-N-Ready above the register, the food is never ready and is seldom hot. This location is staffed exclusively by children. Not once in the three years I 've been here have I seen an employee or manager who looks old enough to operate a rotary phone, much a business. Yeah, kids gotta work too sometimes, and that 's fine. But the lack of competent managerial oversight has resulted in a place that is slow, half-hearted, and depressing as hell.I came in today for some cheese bread. Just a small thing. Surely, I thought, I can get in and out and on with my day for something so small. 20 minutes later, I realized that even this small order was evidently too much to ask. And it 's not like it was crowded or anything. The pizza portal wasn 't full, and there were maybe two other folks inside. When my order finally came, it was wrong. They gave me a full pizza. When I pointed it out, I got a shoulder shrug and a oh, sorry from the clearly overwhelmed kid up front who had no idea what to do next. So now I 'm in my car munching on subpar pizza. It would 've been faster just to drive down to the Papa Johns off 85. I probably could 've even run an errand or two on the way. This place blows.
Be ready to wait an hour when you come to this location half of the kids they have working here are hanging out on one side of the store while they have 1 kid making pizzas. The only reason this location is still open is because it is the only one in this area.
Every time I come here the pizza is undercooked! I wish Brighton had another Little Ceasar location . There is always a line at this location I started ordering on line. The service is good but they need to cook the pizza a little longer!
Staff was hard to get attention from at the front. The wait was longer than specified. There were multiple people waiting for their orders and not enough space for everyone to wait inside. The bread sticks were cold smashed and much too soft like they hadn't been cooked long enough.
