Feedback gevenWe really enjoyed our meal, but I noticed that the website didn't list all the available food options. For instance, fried rice wasn't on the menu online, but when I went to pick up my order, they actually had it. I asked about it, and they kindly gave me a pint. So, that was a nice surprise! This was my first time ordering from their website.
I've been working in the area and have used the Drive-Thru a few times. I don't understand why this location has received negative reviews; from my experience so far, every time I've visited, they haven't run out of menu items. I've been able to get through the drive-thru in about 5 minutes or less, and the customer service has been excellent. The food also tastes fresh and delicious. Honestly, I believe the negative feedback comes from people who just want to complain.
Update (6/17/22): It seems like this place finally has the attention it needed from management. The new managers appear to have made significant improvements. The quality of the food and its availability have both returned, and we've started dining here regularly again. I’m raising my rating to 4 stars.
