Feedback gevenWorse experience ever! My wife I waited more than 20 minutes to just even order food. Only 2 people actually doing their jobs. One of them was just leaning against the wall-not helping as his coworker is upset for him not helping. New girl at the register trying her best. The guy who was just leaning had his friends come bring him ice cream in the middle of all of this. Surprised he didn?t try to eat it right their then. Got home to eat because we got a to go order the rice beans are stale. Just unprofessional and unfortunately bad night for the food taste. I hope management does better training on the crew and better service.
Staff is friendly bu they definitely need training for whoever is cooking. Steak was cooked to a chared extra well done. Beans both black and pinto were under cooked it was like having peanuts in my burrito it was so crunchy I tossed it.
They had a pop dispenser that allowed you to add flavoring to your beverage. Gone now. Don't know why. It added to the experience. Whish they'd bring it back. Otherwise, good food. You can always count on us to provide your cravings! See you again soon for a 5-star visit next time. Clearly this is a brush-off reply. They have no intentions of addressing my critique, so I'm downgrading my review to 3 stars. Too bad. Things stared off great, then went downhill . . .
This location is hit or miss. I ordered a bowl but I got maybe a 1/4 of what I should have gotten. I was left hungry after and I found a soggy crouton at the bottom of the bowl probably mixed in because the staff aren't careful about double dipping. I still like Qdoba because if there's something wrong with the order, they'll quickly work to fix it if you ask, but I really wish they would get it right the first time.
Go to a different store if you expect to get what you ordered. I placed an online order, the receipt is attached, however when I got home I discovered I didn't get anything past the corn salsa. Then after the first bite I realized the crunch was due to undercooked rice. Worst experience ever! Sadly if you read other comments you will see this restaurant continues to have the same issues, even after a representative responds apologizing. Maybe they need to focus on fixing the store rather than posting fake apologies.
