The Fuel - Brighton

Admittedly, if I think of raw or vegan food, I do not think of much taste or not full feeling after a meal. The food on the fuel opened my eyes and changed this position. I've tried many juices, dishes, packs and the kale chips and were blown away, how tasteful and filled they were. They pay a little more for food made from raw materials, but I think it's worth it. The café itself is beautiful and the staff brings tons of energy! If you are looking for something new and experiencing a staff and food that makes you feel good, I would highly recommend stopping at the fuel.

Amazingly gluten-free vegan menu for all us health nuts. OBSESSED no gluten or milk everywhere so no worries about my food allergies. great taste, great price.

It’s the only place I can say that as vegans my daughter and I have finally found our “go to” place for a healthy, vegan meal.

I've visited a few times and have loved everything I've tried! My son has Celiac disease, and he was thrilled to find that everything is gluten-free! The staff is always friendly and does a fantastic job getting the food out quickly. Today, even though there was a long line, they efficiently processed the orders while maintaining a cheerful and pleasant demeanor!

What an incredible experience! The food was extraordinary. It was refreshing to find a place where I can enjoy healthy dishes in a mindful atmosphere.
