Wow! What an incredible experience! We booked a table to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and I can't recommend this place enough. Michael Bremner and his team were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, taking the time to explain each dish we were served and answer all our questions. The open kitchen was fantastic; it was fascinating to watch the chefs as they crafted their culinary masterpieces right in front of us. There is an additional charge for the scallops, but they are absolutely worth every penny. We opted for the lunch menu, and my husband enjoyed the wine flight. I highly suggest making a reservation in advance! We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We had a fantastic dinner at 64 Degrees and highly recommend sitting at the bar next to the kitchen for the full experience of culinary artistry. We loved it and will definitely return on our next trip to Brighton.

Nice place for small plates and good wine. Delicious food, good atmosphere, friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Great to be back here after six years managed to get a same day booking for my partner and I. We sat at Chef's table which is so more personable than a table and ate the 64 Degrees birthday menu paired with a beautiful wine. What a lovely evening.
