The Burgers are awful The rest room is extremely dirty and we got diarrhea after eating there! Avoid them
Was having some trouble with the app so the young lad at till was trying to help me out. Good customer services from him. The indian female manager was so rude and ignored me when i spoke to her. Then sacked the young lad for helping me out. How disgraceful she is. Burger king are letting there restaurants go to the dogs. Sack her then one less dog.
Ordered food for delivery. Came cold and a really small amount of chips, literally half a bag full. Burger was not great, also cold and cheese wasn’t melted but tasted ok. Would expect more for 10.99 so probably wouldn’t order from here again. Only if it was like half the price you could argue value for money
The restaurant was very messy, and customers didn't help by not disposing of their rubbish, despite the staff being overwhelmed. The manager was polite when we asked for help with a broken drinks machine, but he was clearly stressed due to a severe lack of staff. Despite their best efforts, the staff struggled to keep up with both service and cleaning. The toilets were also in a disgusting state, and when we brought it to the manager's attention, he sincerely apologized and explained that they were doing their best on a busy and hot day. It was evident that the staff were working hard, but they were unable to keep up with the orders, as some customers weren't listening to order calls. It's clear that Burger King needs to support their staff during these challenging times, as cutting staff is not the solution to improving profits.
