Popped in on a rainy Sunday, we had the scallops and the fish stew and to say it was outstanding both in portion and fresh quality taste is an understatement.cannot recommend this quaint little restaurant enough
Really enjoyed our visit. Friendly, lovely feel ton he restaurant. Both had fish and chips and it was great so was the wine
Truly the worst meal I've had in a while. I ordered the fish casserole, which had a decent variety of fish, but was severely overcooked. The wine tasted more like water. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
I visited this restaurant at the end of a day trip to Brighton. The waiter was attentive, but a bit overbearing. The food was good, although a bit expensive. Unfortunately, their card machine was not working, so they only accepted cash. When I asked where the nearest ATM was, one of their staff members followed me there, even when I told him I was just getting cash and not leaving my family behind. Additionally, they accidentally tried to charge me an extra £20 on my bill. As a tourist in Brighton, I know the difference between 6 and 8. If you do choose to dine here, be sure to bring cash and carefully review your bill.
