Domino's Pizza - Brighton and Hove

The staff are rude and don’t care for any customer service. The standard of pizza is poor. This is the third time experiencing this

Very disappointed with Dominos tonight which is a shame as we have used them for many years up until now. They are quite expensive but we chose them because they are quick to deliver and very tasty. However, tonight they refused to deliver to our door. The buzzer went and we were greeted by You come down here! Why do you pay for delivery when it is not delivered? Surely this is an accessibility issue. What if someone was infirm. The driver was very rude in their manner just kept saying, you come down here. Sorry Dominos but its Adios from us, we will not be using your establishment again or recommending anyone else using you either.

Had an amazing visit to Dominoes Hove recently, I picked up my order and went home only to realise I had ordered the wrong type of cheese for my friend. I took the wrong pizza back to the store and SANDEEP helped me get the right pizza and was very efficient at doing so. This guy deserves a raise or something

Ordered 2 7 inch pizzas, 1 x Cheese and Tomato and 1 x Meat, a Total of £11.95. Got the pizza but also they took out an extra £26 for the privilege. nearly £40 for 2 7 inch pizzas!!!! I managed to get the money back but had to go to head office, but not sorry for the franchise store owner or compensation, and on top of this, the pizzas were ****. Smudged in the box. There are much much better places to go and if you are stuck, go to Pizza Hut.

Delivery was incredibly fast, but where's mustard sauce in New York Hot Dog Pizza, which is significant?
